During the COVID pandemic, news reports suggested that obese individuals were less likely to survive, a notion that seemed inaccurate to me. This sparked my curiosity because I was obese but felt healthy which led me to research further, where I discovered Dr. Darrell Wolfe on Facebook. He explained that fat cells are storage sacks for toxins which is inflammation in the body. That resonated with me and shed light on why previous diets hadn’t worked as a permanent solution. It became clear that for those already burdened with multiple health issues plus the extra weight, their bodies couldn’t handle taking on additional toxic loads like COVID.

Through Dr. Darrell Wolfe’s teachings, I learned the importance of self-love and embarked on a personal journey to transform my life at the age of 65. I knew it was time to make changes to improve my health. I was single and I needed to be the best I could be so I have no dependency on anyone to take care of me. By taking decisive personal action and altering my personality and lifestyle choices, I experienced the side effect of losing 80 pounds. My aim was to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes that would support lasting weight loss and overall well-being. It is never too late to take care of YOU!

Today, I am a Certified Wolfe Whole Life Coach and Non-Surgical Master Practitioner. I am passionate about coaching individuals who are ready to take massive personal action to enhance their well-being. I am excited to guide others on their journey to health and vitality, just as I have transformed my own life.
