Henry & Dale Davis

Wool & Willow Homestead – 7D Farms grew from a lifelong dream of providing nourishing food for our family and knowing exactly how it was grown and cared for. With our five children now grown and Henry retired, we’ve been able to focus more fully on these goals.

For over 25 years, we raised sheep, along with dairy goats, chickens, and many varieties of poultry, and we continue to keep a small number of beef cattle. Our large garden allows us to grow and preserve much of our own food, and I make jellies and jams that we sell at local farmers markets.

When we first began milking our Nubian goats, the milk was stored to feed bottle lambs. Over time, that led Dale to begin making soap, which we now sell at farmers markets and vendor events. Even after our sheep were gone, our love for working with wool remained, inspiring the creation of Eunie’s Wool & Willow.

Alongside our other farm chores, we also grow five varieties of basket willow. While we don’t claim to be experts, we’re always happy to share what we’ve learned through our experiences.

“Know that the Lord, he is God; it is he who made us, and we are his, we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture’ Psalms 100:3
